The Divine Mountain Retreat is a 4 day experience for

women of all walks of life who are ready to step away from the

day-to-day grind, remember the still point within and

reacquaint themselves with their own guidance, passion

and inspiration.

In this deeply nourishing retreat, we will work with practical 

tools to nurture transformation in everyday life.

Connect to your Divine Power by gathering with a group of women for community and connection while experiencing fresh, organic, locally sourced food prepared with love by a Natural Foods Chef and Holistic Health Practitioner and gather to learn food preparation, discuss healthy eating habits and learn to use healthy food and meal time for Self-Love.

 

Women who experience the Divine Mountain Retreat build intimate connections and gain lifelong friends with other participants through group gatherings, open heartfelt expression, a private facebook community page, a post retreat phone session with Patricia and more.

 

Interact with facilitators and openly explore the psyche, experiencing Self as multiplicity... your many layers; within safety, unconditional presence and a standing wave of love shared with staff. In support of this profoundly transformative experience, we offer you nature walks and Native American land blessings, time to journal, nap, rest and connect.

We explore Self with conscious movement in Patricia's private, state of the art studio to awaken the pelvic floor, Chi Gong breath work outdoors to ground, powerful sound bath activations, meditative practices and exploration through judgement-free flow dance movement. Begin the day by stretching dormant and stuck body parts with group stretches and end the day processing new found discoveries through art work.
